Medical Abortion Pill and Non-Surgical Abortion ServicesOur abortion clinics offer early pregnancy termination with the abortion pill. The medical abortion is recommended to women who are in their early stages of pregnancy. Some women who are 9 weeks or less find this a good alternative to the surgical procedure.

Surgical Abortion OptionsSurgical abortion with gentle dilation and suction is available as early as the 5th week of pregnancy and up to the 20th week in our NC offices. A variety of sedative and anesthesia techniques are used to minimize any discomfort during the surgical abortion.
Emergency Contraceptive
ECPEmergency contraception is available at all our abortion clinics. ECP also known as the "morning after pill" is available to women up to 24 hours after unprotected sex. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions.
